Sandra Grilo, Certified Holistic Health Coach and Aromatherapy Health Practitioner, has both lived in the city of Toronto and grown up on a farm her whole life. Having raised chickens since she was a child, Sandra saw first-hand the ups and downs of urban farming and raising chickens.
